Two posts back to back? Wow, do I spoil you. So, on Instagram, I asked you guys to share your Black Friday buys/best discounts/anything I could find for you in particular to save us all some £££. After the answers started rolling in and I began to share them, that encouraged a whole new wave of answers and questions, so I thought it would be easier to throw a quick guide together as a single point of reference. I’ll try and split it by category (some will fall into more than one though), and I’ll give some suggestions as to things I would buy. These recommendations are from places or brands Rhubarb and I know and love!
Fashion
Bella Freud (25% off) - The iconic 1970 wool jumpers are included as well as their tailoring which consists of a 3-piece corduroy suit!
Rowing Blazers (up to 75% off) - you guys KNOW how much I love this brand…everything from the iconic Diana sheep jumper to their caps are in the sale. I prefer my Diana jumper slightly oversized so I take an M.
Uniqlo (rumour has it, 50% off from the 24th??) - if you’re new here, I live and breathe Uniqlo. I love their Cashmere Jumpers, their Lambswool Jumpers and their puffer jackets.
Sunspel (up to 30% off) - buttery soft and luxurious sweatshirts; I wear mine so often because I think they make the casual look very chic.
Luisaviaroma (40% off with BF40) - do you need Crazy Versace Satin Pumps? Maybe some classic Manolo mules? a Theory wool blazer? Luisaviaroma has you covered.
MatchesFashion (25% off with 25MF) - They have a discount on one of my favourite jewellery brands Alighieri (I always get asked about my gold necklace from them). I also love these Ganni Loafers and Jacquemus Sunglasses.
FarFetch (up to 50% off) - If you can’t find what you need at the above, then FarFetch should have you covered.
Theory (30% off almost everything) - I recently bought these trousers from them for full price, which is mildly annoying but OH WELL.
Koibird (KOICLUB30 for 30% off) - so Koibird curate some of the coolest and unique brands, and, whilst most of it is on the expensive side, I think the pieces are stunning. I bought a top from the store today for an event, and now I have to check it’s not in the BF sale online, hahaha. (edit: it was, I’m now returning it and repurchasing)
Net-a-porter (30% off) - brb, buying more things I don’t need.
BEAUTY & HAIR
John Lewis (up to 20% off perfume and beauty) - They have the Augustinus Bader creams and gels (!!!) Charlotte Tilbury EVERYTHING and Killian Perfumes (Love, Don’t Be Shy is my fav).
Christophe Robin (50% off with ‘TAMSIN’ excl. gift sets - this code is exclusive to me only!!) - I am obsessed with the salt scrub, the regenerating mask and serum and the volumising mist.
LookFantastic (up to 50% off) - LF obviously have every single thing you could ever dream of when it comes to hair & beauty, but I think it would be a great time to use the discount on their tools. Everything from hairdryers and straighteners to IPL gadgets and toothbrushes.
BeautyPie (50% off with BF50) - if you’re not a member of BeautyPie, I can offer you a code for discounted membership ‘TAMSINSENTME’. Once you’re in, you get a whopping 50% off the products. They specialise in luxury beauty, skincare and fragrance (we all know the candles are my favourite) and the products are sourced from the same factories as all the big names in the industry for a fraction of the price.
Sephora (up to 50% off) - thank god this has arrived in the UK just in time for Black Friday. Grab yourself my favourite perfume of ALL time, Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille (it’s one of the few places where it’s still in stock and has a discount).
Refurbished Dyson Airwrap (Use Better20 for 20% off) - thank you to the followers who DM’ed me to let me know eBay have an official refurbished Dyson store where there are airwraps available!
Fresh Beauty (30% off everything) - the Soy Face Cleanser and Black Tea mask are SO GOOD.
HOME
John Lewis (up to 50% off) - Time to stock up on Le Creuset, all of the bedding and silk pillowcases, and a Dyson hoover (which I bought last week, and I’m obsessed with).
H&M Home (up to 50% off) - I think H&M have nailed it with their home range. Their stuff is reasonably priced (even more so with a sale), but it still looks expensive and chic.
Amazon - if you have the time and energy to comb through their deals, I salute you, but I think this would be an excellent time to make the most of the offers on their appliances.
Nest (up to 25% off starting the 25th) - they have everything from Knoll to Vitra if you’ve been waiting for an excuse for that one-off (and very expensive) design piece.
Made in Design - they have some fun brand favourites of mine, such as Seletti (we recently bought this mirror) and Hay (I love the crates). Perfect for quirky, fun home accessories.
Liberty Home (up to 30% off) - I love the House of Hackney cushions and these quirky Quail vases.
LIFESTYLE & ACCESSORIES
Headspace (50% off) - yearly memberships are half-price for those who need to add a little mindfulness into their lives.
Lily’s Kitchen (30% off) - one of everything for Rhubarb!!!
Mejuri (20% off everything in the private sale) - I love their hoop earrings! I’ve bought them for myself and as gifts for friends and family.
Astrid & Miyu (25% off everything) - these zodiac gift sets are SO cute and such a nice present idea.
Smythson (up to 40% off selected lines) - the chicest diaries and notebooks! Yes they are on the pricier side, but the quality is unmatched.
Aspinal of London (up to 50% off) - beautifully made accessories and gifts from the cashmere lined leather gloves for £79(???) to the Midi Mayfair bags.
Okay, this took alarmingly long to compile, but I like to think that’s because I’ve vetted and curated this precisely. PLEASE feel free to share all of your discount codes/recommendations/Black Friday top tips in the comments below. If you've found this helpful, please consider sharing this post and this newsletter with a friend! Until next time…

Amazing list.
Jamie Barber (of Hush Mayfair) + Mylene Klass' luxury food brand MySupperHero is running double points for new members throughout Nov + Dec. Would recommend
Desperately wishing I’d seen this yesterday before I splashed even more cash on Christmas gifts... (not counting all the ones I bought last month 🙄)! Although I did pick up some goodies in the John Lewis sale. I have a ridiculous addiction to Le Creuset though, so staying wellllll away before my bank account suffers further
